Comfortable for 1 to 4 people.
The view of the rooftops is worth it, you will have to climb 3 floors of wooden stairs.

Arrival

MONDAY TO SATURDAY

from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Please confirm your arrival time no later than the day before.
For late arrivals, they must be approved by return email.

Sunday and off days

Morning: from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. you can drop off your luggage and collect the keys.

Afternoon: Only after 6 p.m.

No arrival will be possible

between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Departure

Rentals must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. at the latest, as well as any parking spaces.

To enable us to serve breakfasts, register departures, clean and prepare rooms for your arrival, please respect the posted times.

Payment / Cancellation

From January 7 to November 20 :

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 8 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For any reservation canceled within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date:

the amount of the first night will be charged.

For any reservation canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date:

the total amount of the stay will be charged.

From November 21 to January 6:

Reservations can be canceledfree of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For any reservation canceled within 29 days before the scheduled arrival date :

the amount of the first night will be charged.

For any reservation canceled within 15 days before the scheduled arrival date :

the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Our entire house is non-smoking.
For everyone's respect, we ask that silence be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. in all common areas of the house.

We have a male White Swiss Shepherd. Very kind and sociable. However, he doesn't really like to share his territory.....

We therefore do not accept Animals
