How can one remain indifferent to the charm of old Colmar? Enjoy the gentle pace of life emanating from the pedestrianized historic center as you stroll through its streets and admire the building facades. Here, you can linger in front of the Maison des Têtes and the 105 grotesque masks that decorate it. There, you can admire the Maison Pfister with its angled bay window, its wooden galleries, and its octagonal turret. Don't miss the opportunity to stop in front of the Saint-Martin Collegiate Church with its remarkable Gothic architecture.

Dreaming of Alsace
When the time comes to leave for another horizon, we let ourselves be inspired by stories filled with sincerity and passion.
Suddenly, the illusion gives way to the obvious: we are going on a long journey.
In a place where the unexpected flirts with the ordinary, where the little things have their full importance, where all our desires can be fulfilled.
We will live our dreams in Alsace

Capital of Alsace Wines, Colmar amazes with its wealth of gourmet delights.
Among all the culinary specialties, we will only mention a few classics: foie gras (invented in Strasbourg in 1780), bæckeofe (a dish made up of three marinated meats and potatoes in white wine), the essential sauerkraut, coq au riesling, and Kougelhopf (sweet yeast dough with raisins macerated in kirsch), not forgetting Munster cheese.
