MONDAY TO SATURDAY

Please confirm your arrival time to us no later than the day before.

For late arrivals, they must be approved by return email.
SUNDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Morning: From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. you can drop off your luggage and collect your keys.

Afternoon: Only after 6 p.m.
No arrivals will be allowed between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Check-out
Rentals must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. at the latest, as well as any parking spaces.
In order to allow us to serve breakfasts, register departures, clean and prepare rooms for your arrival, please respect the posted times.

Payment is made on site and at the end of your stay.
When you make your reservation, we ask for your credit card details.
This is done on a secure Stripe site.
The cards are used only as a guarantee. No amount will be debited.
Cancellation Policy
From January 7 to November 20:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before the scheduled arrival date.

For any reservation cancelled within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date:
the amount of the first night will be charged.

For any reservation cancelled within 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date:
the total amount of the stay will be charged.
From November 21 to January 6:

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

For any reservation cancelled within 29 days of the scheduled arrival date:
the amount of the first night will be charged.

For any reservation cancelled within 15 days before the scheduled arrival date:
the total amount of the stay will be charged.
House Rules
Our entire house is non-smoking.
Out of respect for everyone, we ask that silence be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. in all common areas of the house.
We do not accept animals
To access the upper floors, our wooden stairs are original: they therefore creak...please avoid making noise as much as possible.
